Aww I feel your pain Cat, I put on 2 stone in about 2 months a couple of years ago :o and none of it has come off yet! I also really love that bag, can I ask how big it is? I bought that purple patent one you had from Miss S a while back but it wasn't very big, is this one any larger? I have been after a chain strap bag for so long now!

Depressing isn't it? :cmdunno: I'm 1.5 stone heavier than i was 3 years ago and to think i use to think i was chubby back then :head: :boohoo:

The bag is only small, trying to remember the sizing of the purple one to compare it for you (i didn't keep the purple one in the end) and i'd say it's the same size if not smaller. Def only a keys, card and phone purse i'm afraid!

    Since you're so down with this repressive dress code thing, why aren't you COMPLETELY covered like Saudi women? And that eye makeup you wear?! Isn't that inviting lustful longing from the guys? And why are Muslims so obssessed by and consumed with sex? Don't any of you have normal hobbies? Is there ever a time when you DON'T think about sex?

    I guess it seemed as if I was hating on Muslims. Even though I may not agree with their rituals, I can't deny them of believing. But what I'm saying is that religion completely drives people nuts, I mean look! Restricting women to wear what they want, is this what it's all about?

    You're calling being a "slave" to God, whether you call him Allah, or what have you a mistake. I'm just saying that keeping God out of your life is the mistake. Keeping prayer out of school is just an example of what I"m saying because this is what it leads to. Being a slave to Allah has everything to do with prayer!

    It rarely does any good when the brothers tries to correct their sisters, because many times the sister simply shuts the brother out. We need more sisters to step up and correct the sisters, with patience of course.

    I don't wear hijab except to the Masjid or when I go to church (weddings, funerals, etc.) But I always dress modestly. It's a hypocrasst to wear hijab and dress immodestly at the same time.

    No, the mistake was taking prayer out of school. Then you get Columbine, Virginia Tech, Cazenova Wis, Canyon High in Baily CO, Strawberry Mansion High in Philladelphia PA, Kip Kinkel in Springfield Ore, Jacob Davis Springfield TN, Jonesboro Ark middleschool 1998, Frederick Davidson San Diego State 1996, Laurie Wasserman Dann, Hubbard Woods Elem Winnetka ILL (look this last one up. Really sad. But I guess those are other people and not you so it doesn't matter to you.
